Using TriggerCheck
TriggerCheck is a free content warning database. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Submitting warnings
When you submit a content warning, you're representing that you have actually watched the content and the warning is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You agree not to submit:
- False or deliberately inaccurate warnings
- Spoilers that reveal major plot points
- Spam, promotional content, or irrelevant submissions
- Content that violates anyone's rights
By submitting a warning, you grant TriggerCheck a perpetual, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on this platform. Submissions may be edited or removed if they violate these terms.
Accuracy of content
All warnings on TriggerCheck are user-submitted. We do not verify every submission. Content warnings may be incomplete, inaccurate, or missing entirely for some titles. Do not rely solely on TriggerCheck for decisions involving serious health or safety concerns. Always verify critical information independently.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Third-party content
Movie titles, posters, descriptions, and metadata are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). TriggerCheck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TMDB or any film studio or streaming service.
Advertising
TriggerCheck may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
Limitation of liability
TriggerCheck is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of content warnings on this site. To the extent permitted by law, TriggerCheck is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on content warnings found here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
